Virtual Bernina Club
We are now offering some exciting and beneficial educational opportunities to our customers through Bernina of America. As many of you know, Bernina is committed to education. Phyllis Hansen teaches this continuing series.
Each session will incorporate a presentation by a Virtual Bernina educator, and a hands-on opportunity will follow with the guidance of one of our staff members.
These opportunities will be hosted on the web by trained Bernina educators. You will learn many new techniques, and learn about new products and how to use them.
There will be a $10.00 charge for the first session. If you bring a finished project to the next session, using the technique presented at the previous session, the next session is free. Otherwise, there is another charge. This should encourage everyone to master the techniques so that they don't forget them.

Jump Start Your Creativity
We are thrilled to have Billings' own Barb Olson back again. She is offering a fun, creative workshop that all level of quilters will enjoy. This technique is for the quilter that is ready to break out of the box and experience a playful way of creating. Too much thinking or fear often stops quilters from trying new designs and fabrics. A simple flower pattern is the first ingredient, a wide array of wild, powerful and playful novelty fabrics (polka dots, geometrics, florals, etc.) A few solid fabrics are the second ingredient — a willing spirit is the third ingredient. A pattern will be provided.

If you don't already have several, charm packs are bundles of 5" fabric squares from one line of fabric. They vary in price because each line has a different number of fabrics in it. We also have coordinating fabric to match many of these jelly rolls and charm packs. Just check the quilting fabrics to match the quilting charm packs in our online store.
Threading Tip...
When threading your machine, the presser foot must be up for the tensioner to accept the thread!
Long-Arm Quilting HQ
Club
Handiquilter Club is on Saturdays and open to everyone. Myrt teaches new and frequently used techniques, and shares her knowledge from personal and classroom experience on the HandiQuilter. Membership fees are $20.00/year. Keep a little time open for scheduled Saturdays.
