Machine Embroidery Designs and Classes
Bernina Embroidery Club
Embroidery Club is now be conducted virtually by Bernina of America. It will be lecture demo, rather than hands on. (We have had a number of people tell us that they do not come to club meetings because they do not want to haul their machines in.) We will have a few machines set up, so that we can try out some of the methods or tips that are presented.
In addition, due to the current economic challenges, we are offering ALL CLUBS FREE of charge during 2010. We would like for all of our customers to take advantage of the trainings we offer. (After all, the more you learn about your sewing machines, the more you use it, and get your money's worth.) Bernina of America is big on education, and if you don't take advantage, you are missing out.
Please see the Bernina Embroidery Club schedule in the column at right and descriptions below. Please note that Software Club often complements the same projects that Embroidery Club is working on.

Introducing... OESD Virtual Club
We will be offering some exciting and beneficial educational opportunities in 2009 to our customers through Oklahoma Embroidery Supply & Design. As many of you know, OESD iscommitted to education.
Each session will incorporate a presentation by a Virtual OESD educator, and a hands-on opportunity will follow with the guidance of one of our staff members.
These opportunities will be hosted on the web by trained OESD educators. You will learn many new techniques, and learn about new products and how to use them.
There will be a $10.00 charge for the first session. If you bring a finished project to the next session, using the technique presented at the previous session, the next session is free. Otherwise, there is another charge. This should encourage everyone to master the techniques so that they don't forget them.
Please register early to reserve your spot and help us serve you better.

OESD Tip of the Week
If you do machine embroidery you should be signed up for this email bulletin. Sign up through www.embroideryonline.com. Every week you'll get another tip from Emma dealing with different issues in machine embroidery. There will be valuable tips and techniques, letters from subscribers, and heads-up news from OESD. This is a don't-miss-opportunity from those who know!
Embroidery Tip: Loading Bobbins in 200/730 Artistas
Make sure when you looking at the back side of the bobbin case that the bobbin turns clockwise when you pull on the thread. If it's inserted incorrectly, you will constantly get "out of thread" messages.
New Machine Embroidery Cards, CDs, and USB Sticks
We get two or three new collections every month so you'll
always have something to add to your collection. Some of the new designs are part of the new Dream Designs line. Many of you
want to sell your creations at craft shows and bazaars and
now you can! Look for the collections labeled "Bernina
Crafter’s
Collection"
and you can sell items with those designs on them. Please
see “Crafter's
Collection Details” on the embroidery design packaging
for more information. Check labeling carefully as design collections
labeled "Licensed" may not be used for items being sold.
Pick Your Own Designs
New on CD from OESD - We can now make a Take Out Embroidery design CD for you that is customized with only designs that you choose. "Pick your own Packs" of 10 or 20 designs. Any non-licensed design in the big catalog is fair game.
Free Embroidery Downloads
Bernina offers a sampling of their beautiful embroidery designs
as free downloads each month. They change often so you need
to check them each month. Bernina also offers free downloads of embroidery designs
that are part of project ideas. They are available as long as the projects are.

Bernina Dealer Sales Policy
We agree with Bernina USA that it is in the customer's best interest to purchase machines and accessories from the dealer that can best offer them support and service when needed. That is the Berninia dealer nearest you. We hope that's us, but if it's not, you're really best served by purchasing from your local dealer. Therefore, we will not intentionally list prices for Bernina products on our website since your local dealer may offer different prices. If you are a customer in our area, please call us at (406) 656-4999 for current prices of products you're interested in. We will make sure that we qualify as your local dealer before selling you these products. Again, we will not sell machines or other products that violate our dealer agreement with Bernina. This policy assures you that when you buy from us, your local dealer, that you will get the best support and service possible on your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
