Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our secure shopping cart system calculates delivery costs based on the weight of your order. We ship Priority Mail or UPS in the U.S. and USPS Global Priority to Canada. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours and should arrive within 3 to 7 business days unless we notify you otherwise.

Returns - Refunds

Replacements are limited to shipping damage or proven loss. Once an order is processed and packaged, it cannot be cancelled.

Please note: Pictures of products on the web site are photos of actual samples. We cannot guarantee that color and detail are rendered accurately due to differences in users' monitors and individual calibrations. In the event that specific fabric or other materials comprising a kit are no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute similar fabric or other materials in our kits without notice.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If you cancel your order, once placed, but before it is shipped, you will be assessed a 10 percent cancellation fee before credit is issued. Sorry, but we can not accept cancellations once your order has been shipped (see above). Orders which are refused at delivery will not be credited.

Fraudulent Chargeback Policy: If you do not remember having placed an order with us, or the name on the statement does not look familiar to you (it should say "Bernina Sewing Center"), please call us at (800) 598-8976 toll-free or (406) 656-4999 before requesting a chargeback from your credit card provider or bank.

Due to our high order volume, a lot of research is needed on our part to resolve chargebacks and disputes. Searching through our database, contacting our merchant account provider, customer, etc. to resolve such an "accidental" dispute means that a lot of time is spent on this issue unnecessarily. We try hard to serve you well and ship items with great care and promptness and would like to keep it that way. Thank you for your understanding!

Fraudulent Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases: We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law!

Please do not place an order using someone else's credit card - even if you have their permission. The name of the person ordering and the name on the credit card must be the same!
